For people injured in road accidents

Hurt by someone else? Their insurer should pay. We make sure it does.

When another driver causes your injuries, you can claim directly from their insurer. Insurers know injured people are in pain, out of work, and unfamiliar with Thai procedure, so they wait, offer too little, and ask you to sign. We take over and claim the full amount.

Stalling

No answer

Weeks or months without a decision, an offer, or a payment.

Lowball

Offer too low

Only the bills paid so far, with nothing for future treatment, lost income, or pain and suffering.

Pressure

"Sign here"

A settlement in Thai that ends your claim once you sign it.

Denial

Blaming you

The insurer disputes fault or says its driver isn't covered.

Our services

Injury claims against the other driver's insurer

When the at-fault driver's insurer stalls, lowballs, or denies your claim, we value your claim properly, send a formal demand in Thai, negotiate, and go to court if we have to. Read more.

Car & road accident claims

We collect the police report, photos, CCTV, and witness statements, then claim against the at-fault driver and their insurer for medical bills, lost income, and repairs.

Motorcycle & pedestrian injury

Riders and pedestrians are hurt most often on Thai roads. We document your injuries with your hospital and pursue full compensation, including future treatment.

Wrongful death & catastrophic injury

For families who have lost someone, or victims with life-changing injuries, we claim funeral costs, loss of support, and long-term care, and handle the process with care.

Tourist & expat accident representation

If you have left Thailand or don't speak Thai, we act for you locally, deal with the police and insurers, and keep you updated in English.

Police reports, mediation & court litigation

We attend the police station with you, represent you at police and court mediation, and file in court when a fair settlement isn't offered.

Act quickly: under Thai law, a claim for wrongful acts generally must be filed within one year of knowing the injury and who caused it (Civil and Commercial Code, section 448).

Immigration & work permit support

We help keep your visa and work permit in order while your case or medical treatment keeps you in Thailand.

Interpretation & translation (English & Thai)

Interpreting at the police station, hospital, and court, and translating medical records, reports, and settlement agreements.

Certification & legalization

Certified translations and document legalization for use with embassies, insurers, and courts in Thailand or abroad.

Questions injured people ask us

The other driver's insurer is offering me very little. What can I do?

Don't sign anything yet. First offers often cover only the bills you've already paid, and leave out future treatment, lost income, and pain and suffering. We value your claim properly and negotiate, and if the insurer won't pay a fair amount, we take it further.

Can I claim directly from the other driver's insurance company?

Yes. Under section 887 of the Civil and Commercial Code, an injured person can claim directly from the at-fault driver's liability insurer, up to the limits of the policy. Anything above those limits can be claimed from the driver, and sometimes from the vehicle's owner or the driver's employer.

The insurer hasn't answered in months. Should I keep waiting?

No. Delay can cost you your claim. A civil claim for injuries generally must be filed within one year of knowing about the injury and who caused it. We put the insurer on formal notice and escalate.

Do you speak English?

Yes. Our attorney works natively in English and Thai and is a registered court interpreter, so you can follow every step of your case, from the police station to court.

How much does a consultation cost?

Your first 15-minute consultation is free. If you want us to take your case, we confirm our fee in writing before any work starts.
